Was ist FSAirlines?

News

For all those virtual airlines that want to integrate FSAirlines-information on their own websites can now use the Website Integration Pack beta.

Some information on how to include it on your page can be found here: remote.fsairlines.net

We are working on getting the project out of beta and providing a better documentation.

We just bought some more domains:
You can use those domains to automatically start FSAirlines in your preferred language.

For a lot of users (users who registered before 1.1.2010) the two weeks trial-platinum period will expire soon.

In order to avoid your airline being set to inactive although having bought platinum, please login and go to the Premium Account page.
Here you should check if your "Account Type" and "Next Payment" matches the bought premium membership.
If you are still "Platinum Trial", although you already paid, please create a Support Ticket on the help-page.

Thank you for your support

FSAirlines does not permit the use of anything other than your real first and last name in the appropriate fields. If you wish to use a "Callsign" (i.e. an airline ID) then set it up as your username when you sign up. If you do not currently comply with this, you will need to request it be changed by submitting a support ticket. We must know who you are to be able to verify when we receive payments for premium accounts and to ensure users are complying with our rules against multiple accounts.

We had a bug with the Support Ticket system.
If you submitted a Support Ticket in the past and did not get an answer to your question, please go to the help-page, open your unanswered ticket and add your question again.
